Pizza Hut and Ogilvy Hong Kong have got together to turn home pizza delivery boxes into a home movie night sensation. It’s a gimmick yes but it attracted the attention of the hard to reach 10-24 year old male demographic across the city state and created quite a buzz!
It works by removing a lens-shaped hole from one end of a specially designed pizza box and popping in a lens (which sits atop the pizza slice holder). Movie-pizza-lovers can then scan the front of the box with their smartphone for free films, slot their phone in, close the lid and play. Simple.
